Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping fees for items with non-quality issues are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount.

RETURN

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
  • No individual item of a set can be returned for a refund, size exchange must be returned as a complete set.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All below items are non-returnable:

  • Engraved and monogrammed products
  • All gift cards, mystery items, and sale items are final sale.

To start a return, you can contact us via email at support@makeinen.com  telling us the reason for return and attaching pictures/videos, so we can know that the quality of the returning product is in good condition which still fulfills the free-reason return policy. Please note that all returns costs initiated for non-quality issues will be covered by customers. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send an email to you with a return address where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

Please mail back the item within 14 days of return authorization. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note, that if the parcel cannot be passed the inspection part, you may not get the full refund. The return shipping is on your charge.

WARRANTY

There is a warranty within 60 days of your delivery date for damaged items. After 60 days, there is a small repair fee. Warranty does not apply to sale items. To request a warranty repair or for more info, please email support@makeinen.com with your order number and supplemental photos.
Please note that the return shipping is on your charge.
